We are looking for a food service supervisor to join our team. The main job duties are mentioned below:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Train staff in job duties.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and waste.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Establish work schedules.
