Description

Real Earth Bounty is a fully automated chocolate manufacturing facility in Pitt Meadows, BC. We are looking for a new full time Finance Director to join our team. 
 
The ideal candidate will be required to:
  • Establish and implement financial policies and procedures;
  • Establish ERP system;
  • Design and manage investment strategies;
  • Monitor financial control systems;
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data;
  • Oversee the preparation of reports;
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations;
  • Advise senior management;
  • Train, direct and motivate staff;

This is a fast paced environment, that requires attention to detail, and the individual will carry a large caseload. You must be able to work under pressure.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement of Masters Degree, preferably MBA, but also could be Finance, or Economics;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience gained in Finance and/or Financial Management, Accounting & Financial Planning;
  • Should be experienced in Data Base system, ERP;
  • Fully fluent in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing);
  • Fully proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, etc) & Database Management System;
  • Must be detail oriented;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Problem solver with excellent analytical skills;
  • Able to think globally and work with various cultures/backgrounds;
  • Must be able to commute to work, as this is not a Remote Job.

Compensation:

  • This is a two year term position, extendable as per your performance and our requirements
  • Pay will be CAD $59.50 per hour, with a 40 hour work week
  • Overtime is CAD $89.25 per hour
  • Full benefits are provided including extended health care, vision, and dental
