Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize the General Manager’s calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming messages, phone calls, and emails for the General Manager.
- Book conference/meeting rooms, take meeting minutes.
- Prepare correspondence in a variety of formats including agreements, letters, presentations and reports.
- Assist the General Manager with scheduling interviews and preparing employee manuals /training materials, etc.
- Set up and maintain filing of electronic and paper documents.
- Assist with organizing events when necessary.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and support across the company.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Language: English
- Education: College diploma or above
- Work Experience: 1 year related work experience preferred
Term/Schedule:
- Full-time, Permanent
- 30 hours per week, from Monday to Friday
