Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize the General Manager’s calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming messages, phone calls, and emails for the General Manager.
  • Book conference/meeting rooms, take meeting minutes.
  • Prepare correspondence in a variety of formats including agreements, letters, presentations and reports.
  • Assist the General Manager with scheduling interviews and preparing employee manuals /training materials, etc.
  • Set up and maintain filing of electronic and paper documents.
  • Assist with organizing events when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless operations and support across the company.

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Language: English
  • Education: College diploma or above
  • Work Experience: 1 year related work experience preferred

 

Term/Schedule:

  • Full-time, Permanent
  • 30 hours per week, from Monday to Friday
