Description

We are looking for well experienced “Executive Housekeeper” for Windermere House located at 2508 Windermere Road Windermere, ON P0B 1P0 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:

 

  • Directs and controls housekeeping operations and staff of the housekeeping department.
  • Responsible for the standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the facility.
  • Monitors and ensures response to all client requests and always maintains company standards at
  • work.
  • Monitors all sub-activities for departments, maintains records of all expenses, controls all
  • department costs, and recommends ways to increase efficiency.
  • Takes the lead in checking cleanliness, providing positive contacts and coaching associates.
  • Directs the team in respecting timelines to meet guest demand.
  • Orders equipment and supplies as required and within budget.
  • Implements positive human resource initiatives within the department, training, performance
  • appraisals, disciplinary action, etc.
  • Other duties as reasonably assigned.

 

Prerequisites:

 

Education:                             High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills:                1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Language:                               English

 

 

Hourly Rate: $ 19 to $ 24 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

 

Starting Date: As soon as possible

 

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

 

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay,
