Acciona Facilities Services Canada (AFS) is an independent Acciona branch, with head office in Spain and offices/projects throughout the world. AFS PROVIDE housekeeping SERVICES at Victoria Conference Center, BC Transit, VIHA Medical Clinics, Victoria Airport and five meat factories on Vancouver mainland.  The Canadian Branch office is located at: 303-2540 Shaughnessy Street Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 3W4, Canada

We are looking for experienced Executive Housekeepers to work at various locations in British Columbia for our clients’ sites.

No. of positions available: 05

JOB DUTIES:

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are up to standards.
• Assist the supervisor of maintenance and repair services.
• Assist in the implementation of operational procedures.
• Co-ordinate the inspection of assigned areas to ensure that health regulations, safety standards and departmental policies are being met.
• Participate in audit/inspection of assigned areas.
• Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
• Maintain inventory of supplies.
• Hire, train and supervise housekeeping staff.

Education: High School or equivalent

Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of housekeeping experience. Physical fit. Team player. Excellent attention to details.

Language: English spoken and written

Hourly Rate: $ 20 to $21 per hour for 30 to 44 hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Full-time and permanent
