Description
Duties:
- Prepare vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items of the Chinese cuisine;
- Plan menus for take-out, dine-in and catering lines of business;
- Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer, Wok, etc.);
- Work with minimal supervision;
- Determine size of food portions;
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers;
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of foods;
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
- Clean kitchen and work areas.
Education: High school
Experience: 2+ years as Chinese Cook
