Primary Job Duties:

 

Human Resources:

  • Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, team member engagement, rewards and recognition, and meeting regulatory requirements related to employment and recruitment.
  • Identify and improve department operating efficiency, advise and draft change programs to foster a high-performing team and a highly engaged culture of transparency, trust and recognition
  • Provides guidance and support to Executive Directors and Managers for day-to-day Human Resources issues.
  • Develops the annual operating plan and priorities for the Human Resources function in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Research, develop and refine HR policies and procedures, oversee the analysis of employee data and information and the annual team member engagement survey and action planning.
  • Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with all stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Convey organization’s value propositions and strategies to employees through internal meetings and events.

 

Talent and Leadership Development:

  • Leads the team member onboarding, ongoing development, education and skill development; implement processes including the online learning and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Guide and advise the leadership team on Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Performance Matrix, and Learning and Development.
  • Work with the leadership team to design and implement the Human Resources Strategy Plan.
  • Work with different levels of organization to assess and identify talent needs, design career pathways and grow talent pool, to continuously broaden employees’ capabilities to meet the organization’s rapid growth and expansion.

 

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related fields, master’s degree is a plus
  • 7-10 years’ leadership experience in Human Resources, preferably with experiences in manufacturing, Information Technology, logistics or supply chain industries
  • Previous experience in global HR system especially in multination corporation is highly preferred
  • Experience as the senior leader in HR with mergers and acquisitions, organizational development and structural alignment required
  • Proven record in leading HR transformation and corporate reorganization to support business strategy and strengthen the organization capabilities
  • Ability to innovate, strategize and create actionable plans to solve complex organizational problems, advance Company initiatives and anticipate future HR trends
  • Previous experience in contributing to the creation, implementation & execution of people strategies for a business, function or unit
  • Exposure to Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools; ability to operate HCM and timekeeping systems as required
  • Project Management experience is a plus
