Position Info:

• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $28.85~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 10352 – 82 Avenue NW, Edmonton, Alberta T6E 1Z8

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, manage, and evaluate restaurant operations and food and beverage services
• Define service types to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring optimal staff performance
• Keep track of inventory and revenue streams, adjusting procedures as needed
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
