Requirements

·         Completion of secondary school

·         Experience as an asset

·         Excellent written and verbal English communication skills  

Responsibilities

·         Answer written and oral inquiries and provide information to customers

·         Issue receipts and other forms

·         Receive payments

·         Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·         Arrange for refunds and credits

·         Other duties as assigned
