Description
Terms of Employment/Salary:
– Full-time (35 hrs per week)
– Permanent
– Day, Evening, Weekend
– $22.50/hour, 2 weeks annual vacation pay
Job Duties:
– Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
– Answer written and oral inquiries
– Address customers' complaints or concerns
– Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
– Arrange for billing for services
– Arrange for refunds and credits
– Explain the type and cost of services offered
– Receive and log complaints
– Answer clients' inquiries and provide information Skill Requirements, (including language, education and work experience)
– English
– Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
– 1 year to less than 2 years
