Job Duties: Prepare food in accordance with our recipes, portion controls, and specific presentation
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
·Maintain clean and organized stations
Able to follow recipes
Able to stand up for long periods of time
Able to work on a fast pace environment
Work in different stations at the restaurant
Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
Follow FIFO standards to maintain product freshness
Contribute to prep as well as setting up and breaking down the line
Job Requirements: 3+ years experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Knowledge of BBQ an asset
Solid understanding of standard measurements and portions
Excellent team player and positive attitude
Motivated and willing to learn
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Able to duplicate exact recipes
Able to give the best experience to customers
Culinary studies are an asset
