We have opening for Cook (NOC Code 63200) at “Victoria’s Pizza” (1817816 Ontario Inc.) located at 259 Grange Rd, Suite 1A, Guelph, ON N1E 6R5. If you have what it takes to be successful at a busy restaurant, then this is a position for you. We are willing to train you if you have the right attitude. 

Job Duties:

·       Determine the size of food portions and costs

·       Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization

·       Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

·       Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

·       Inspect kitchens and food service areas

·       Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

·       Order supplies and equipment

·       Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

·       Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·       Clean kitchen and work areas

·       Manage kitchen operations

Experience: 7 months -1 year of experience

Employment terms: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On-call

Hourly Rate: $ 17.50 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week  

Starting Date: As soon as possible  

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent  

Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Overtime required, Physically demanding, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods, Work under pressure
