• Job duties:

1. Prepare and cook dishes such as fried cutlets and chicken with special dipping sauce based on oriental home recipes
2. Ensure to maintain high quality of food service.
3. Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
4. Maintain inventory and order supplies
5. Keep kitchen area clean and sanitized and inspect food service areas
6. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, Order supplies and equipment

• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Language of work: English
• Wage: CAD$ 18.00 – 20.00 per hour based on work experience
• Hours of work per week: 40 hours per week
• Benefits package offered: 4% vacation pay
• Location of work: 1471 Robson Street, Vancouver, British Columbia V6G 1C1
• Educational requirement:  Completion of secondary school
• Required work experience: 1 years to less than 2 years
