0961409 BC Ltd. (o/a Nook Kitsilano Restaurant) is looking for experienced Cooks.
Employer: 0961409 BC Ltd. (o/a Nook Kitsilano Restaurant)
Position: 3 Full-time Cooks (part-time is also negotiable)
Duties:
-Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
-Determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
-Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
-Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
–Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
-Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirement: Completion of secondary school and 2+ years of commercial cooking experience is required.
Language: Minimum English will be fine.
Wage: $16.50 – $22.00 per hour
Working Condition: 35~40 hours a week. 10 paid holidays per year or 4% of gross salary
