Description

We have openings for Cook (63200) at our “Mudcat Bowling and Entertainment Centre” (Shreeji Palace Inc.) located at 1123 Broad St E Dunnville, ON N1A 2Z5. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. Responsibilities will include preparing food for in and take out while following all food safety guidelines and product standards.

Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Inspect kitchens and foodservice areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment,
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, Repetitive tasks, Work under pressure, Overtime required

Hourly Rate: CAD $16.50 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
