We have an opening for Cook at our “Tipsy Tails” restaurant (Shire Foods Inc.) located at 8607 Main St, Alma, NB E4H 1N6. If you have what it takes to succeed in this healthy environment, then this is a position for you.

Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
