Requirement—

Minimum Education: High School
Experience: 2 years of experience in commercial cooking

Work Hours: 35~40 hrs per week (full-time), Permanent
Wage: $15.20 ~ $17.00 / hour
Job Duties
– Prepare and cook complete various Japanese dishes such as dons, teriyaki, noodles, tempura, etc from the menu
– Assist in planning new items
– Train kitchen helpers in preparation and handling of food
– Maintain inventory of food, supplies and equipment
– Maintain work place clean and sanitary
– Oversee kitchen operation
