Description
Ohana Sushi is a Japanese restaurant located in the heart of Victoria’s Chinatown. Our restaurant aims to offer an extraordinary culinary experience to each customer by providing dishes made with great precision and passion. We are hiring a full-time Cook who is prepared to deliver exquisite Japanese dining experience to our customers.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook a variety of dishes
– Follow recipes and cooking techniques to ensure consistency
– Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
– Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management
– Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– 2 years or more experience as a cook is required .
– Japanese style food cook experience could be an asset.
Work Conditions:
– Wage: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
