Job Information:

– Position: Cook
– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
– Wage: $17.62 – $20.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Vacancy: 2

Benefits:
– 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.
Job Duties:
– Prepare and make various flavors of Korean chicken, fried sides, cupbops and etc using standard recipes
– Oversee kitchen operations
– Follow proper presentation and garnish set up the big portion menus such as chicken combos and Krunch family boxes
– Prepare and make different kinds of sauces for Korean chickens on the menu.
– Clean the kitchen and the work areas thorougly
– Ensure kitchen is clean and sanitized
– May train kitchen helpers by providing training such as prepping ingredients
Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a cook OR completion of a three-years apprenticeship program, college orother programs in cooking or food safety is required.
