We are looking for Cook for Aramark Canada Ltd located at 1055 Fountain St N Cambridge, ON N3H 4R7, Canada, as well as at various location.

JOB DUTIES:

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Set up a workstation with all the needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely utilize a variety of utensils, including knives.
• Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and use a variety of cooking methods on meat, vegetables, and other foods.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food according to established guidelines.
• Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure the security of company assets.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.

Prerequisites:

Education:                               No formal education is required

Experience & Skills:               1 year to less than 2 years.

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate: $ 17.00 to $ 30.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
