– Full-time (35 hrs per week), 2 vacancies
– Permanent
– Day, evening, weekday and weekend shifts
– $16.50/hour, 2 weeks annual vacation pay_

Job Duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Inspect kitchens and food service areas
Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Clean kitchen and work areas
Manage kitchen operations
Job Requirements:

Skill Requirements (including language, education and work experience):
– English
– Secondary school diploma or certificate
– 1 year to less than 2 years experience
– Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, work under pressure
– Reliability, team player, time management
