Hachi Hana Japanese Restaurant
Position: Cook, Full time, Permanent
Location: 1426 Lonsdale Ave North Vancouver, British Columbia V7M 2J1 Canada
Salary Rate: $20 per hour and 35~40 Hours per week
Duties
– Prepare and cook various Japanese dishes
– Assist in planning menu
– Tran staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
– Oversee kitchen operation
– Determine how food should be presented and create decorative food display
– Maintain inventory and supplies
– Uphold and maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
– 3 years of Commercial Cooking experience
– Able to communicate in English
– Available to work in evening and weekends
– Completion of High School graduation or higher
