We are located in North Road, Coquitlam BC. We serve fully authentic Korean Cuisine. We are open Monday to Sunday from 11:00 am – 09:30 pm and we are always trying to provide the best quality of food and service to our lovely customers. Now we are looking for an experienced full-time cook position.

Employer: Wang Ga Ma Enterprises Ltd. (o/a Wang Ga Ma Restaurant)

Working Location: 450 – 329 North Road, Coquitlam, BC V3K 3V8.

Wage: $16.75~$18.00 per hour and 4% of gross income for paid vacation per year.

Work hours: 30~40 hours per week.

<Duties>

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
• Order supplies and equipment.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and workstation.
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.

< Requirements >

– Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

– Experience: More than 2 years of cooking experience or completion of other programs in cooking.

– Cooking experience of Korean-style food would be an asset.
