Description
We are a very popular Japanese restaurant in Vancouver, B.C. We are fully serving Japanese-style cuisine and our featured items are Chicken Teri Box, Veggie Dragon Roll and Beef Yakiudon. Now we are looking for experienced cooks who are willing to become our valued team members.

Position: Cook.
Vacancy: 3
Wage: $16.75 ~ $18.00 per hour.
Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week.
Working (Business): 4512 W 10th Ave, Vancouver, BC, V6R 2J1.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
– Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef.
– Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
– Oversee kitchen operations.
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
– May clean kitchen and work area.
– May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 2+ years of commercial cooking experience is required.
– Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, boiling etc.)
– Experience in cooking Japanese-style food will be an advantage.
