Sushi Mania Japanese Restaurant in Vancouver, BC is looking to fill a full time Cook position.

Job Duties:
-Prepare and cook food according to recipes such as various dons, noodles, appetizers, and tempura etc.
-Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
-Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer and grill etc.
-Clean kitchen and work area.
-May schedule and/or train kitchen helpers.
Qualifications:
Completion of secondary school
2+ years of cooking experience is required.
Japanese style food cook experience may be considered.
Minimum oral English skill will be fine.
Wage: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour and 10 days or 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.
Working Condition: 35~40 hours a week.
Working Location: 3851 Main Street Unit 1, Vancouver, British Columbia, V5V 3P1
