Description
Job Descriptions:
• Provide patient-centered care such as bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting as needed
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises for patients in a safely manner
• Assist with menu selection and meal preparation to ensure adequate nutrition
• Answer call signals, take blood pressure, temperature and pulse, administer first aid in emergency situations
• Maintain awareness of patients’ abilities, observe and report any substantial findings in behaviour
• Perform activities duties as assigned, including organizing group activities, engaging in activities with individual patient
• Maintain and update records regarding patients’ clinical and progress reports

Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Language: English
• Education: College diploma or above
• Work Experience: Will train, related work experience is an asset

• Day shift, night shift, weekend availability
