Job Duties:
- Prepare construction materials such as lumber, nails, screws, and glues by measuring, cutting, and shaping them accordingly.
- Assist carpenters in constructing and repairing structures.
- Clean and maintain work areas by sweeping, dusting, and removing debris, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Maintain safety precautions by wearing protective gear and following safety guidelines while working.
- Inspect and maintain tools and equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions immediately to a carpenter.
Job Requirements:
- On the job training will be provided
- Some experience as a general construction labourer may be required for construction trade helpers.
Working Location: Various locations in Lower Mainland, B.C.
Business Address: 2425 Lynden Street, Abbotsford, BC V2T 3B9 Canada.
Wage and working hours: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour and 30 – 40 hours per week.
Date of Employment: A.S.A.P (will be adjustable)
