M.A.N General Contractors Inc. is hiring a full-time CARPENTER with experience in commercial renovations. 

Responsibilities: 

• accurately measure and cut wood and wood substitutes
• frame walls and other structures with wood or metal
• hang drywall, some taping and finishing
• install floor beams, lay sub flooring, erect walls
• accurately read and interpret blueprints, designs and drawings
• fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
• maintain a clean worksite

Hours of Work: 

We are a general contractor involved in interior restaurant and retail store renovations. Essential to this position is your flexibility and availability to work night shifts. For example, some shifts start at 2 a.m. when retailer is closed. Weekend work is also required.

Requirements: 

• at least five years of experience in the carpentry trade
• self-motivated with ability to work independently
• G2 driver's license
• supply own hard hat and steel-toed footwear
• additional renovation skills an asset (drywall, plastering, concrete, tiles etc.)

Wages: 

$32.50 per hour depending on experience

full-time hours of at least 40 per week
