Terotech Solutions Inc. located at 160 woodpecker way, FORT MCMURRAY, AB, T9K 0L4 is looking for full time/ permanent Carpenter to be a part of team as soon as possible.

Salary: $36.00/hour

 

Duties:

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements

Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools

Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials

Prepare tenders and quotations

Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems

Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware

Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites

Survey building locations and levels

Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments

 

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• I year to less than 2 years
