Pallet Coffee Roasters Broadway Inc. in Vancouver, BC is looking for a cafe manager to work with our team.
Title: Cafe Manager
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Salary: CAD 25.00 – 28.00 per hour
Working Hours: At least 30 hours per week
Location: 2002 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC V6J 4Y3
Benefit:
- 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation

Qualifications:
- Completion of a college is an asset
- Previous several years of working experience in related field is required
Main Duties:
- Manage overall café operations including service levels, team member management, and resolving of issues.
- Hire, train and induct new staff
- Create weekly schedule for staff
- Establishes, monitors and analyzes the café operation and procedure
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to negotiate rates and secure new contracts
- Maintains inventory and order any supplies needed for the café
- Responsible for keeping café area clean, neat and orderly
