Description
- Responding to various maintenance requests
- Performing maintenance on amenities like snow cleaning and general landscaping
- Scheduling deliveries from suppliers and keeping an inventory of maintenance tools and supplies
- Making recommendations and requests for new maintenance products and equipment as necessary
- Training new maintenance staff when necessary
- Attending the building service requests, including the flooring, ceiling, walls, and systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical wiring.
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment and coordinating with trade persons attending to the service requests.
- Advertise building vacancy and help showing of the place to prospective renters.
