Now we have openings for Building Maintenance Workers.
Employer: Mark James Management ltd.
Position: Full-time Building Maintenance Worker (NOC 73201)
Open positions: 1
Responsibilities:
– Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating,plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for majorrepairs
– Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywallrepair
– maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and make minor purchases as required
– perform daily inspections on the building systems
– provide general assistance to skilled trade persons such as mechanics, electricians, carpenters and plumbers
– ensure that security and safety measures are in place in the establishment
– May move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
– May supervise other workers.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– Previous maintenance experience may be required.
– Computer and technology knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel) will be asset.
Wage and working hours: $24.00 – $26.00 per hour, 30-40 hours a week.
