Incorporated in 2006, CCBS MAINTENANCE LTD is jointly owned and operated by a qualified management team that has more than 14 years of experience in the maintenance industry. The company offers high-quality services to all people and their varying backgrounds. We are currently looking for a full-time Building Cleaner.

Main Duties:
– Dedicated hard floor care through various cleaning methods including sweeping, moping, washing, and polishing. 
– Use a high-pressure vacuum to remove dust from the furniture, rugs, and the carpeting area.
– Wash exterior and interior windows, walls, and ceilings. 
– Conduct sanitization of areas that require extreme care of hygiene, such as changing rooms, operating room, and elevator.
– Remove debris and other garbage in the building.

Requirement:
– No specific education requirements.
– Work experience as a cleaner is an asset.

Wage: $19.00 ~ $20.00 per hour

Working Condition: 30-40 hours per week. 10 days paid vacation per year or 4 % of vacation pay.

Working Location: Various Locations in Lower Mainland
