Brave & Young Distributors Ltd. is looking for F/T Butchers – Wholesale
Position Info:
- Position: Butcher – Wholesale
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $26.00~$28.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: Location: 11955 95A Avenue, Delta, British Columbia V4C 3W1

Job Duties:
- Clean meats to prepare for processing and cutting
- Prepare standard cuts of meats by cutting, trimming, and boning
- Wrap and package prepared meats
- Manage inventory and keep records of sales
- Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meats
- Establish amount and freshness of products in accordance with company and customer requirements
- Ensure workplace conditions are adequate and clean
- Adhere to safe work practices and food safety standards
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of related experience are required
- Experience: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
