Our Human Centered Design approach lets us understand your customers, identify their pain points & deliver solutions that enhance their experience with your brand. We have an opening for a Bookkeeper (Noc 12200) to join our team who help support our team.

As a Bookkeeper (Noc 12200), you will perform all or some of the following duties:

• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Prepare tax returns
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts

Education Requirements: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Terms of employment: Full Time / Permanent (32 to 40 hours / week)

Employment Conditions: Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime

Compensation: CAD $26.00 /hour
