Bartender

Description

We are looking for “Bartender” for a well-known hospitality company Windermere House located at 2508 Windermere Road, Windermere, ON P0B 1P0, Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive beverage orders from serving staff or patrons.
• Combine liquor, soft drinks, water, and various ingredients to craft cocktails and other beverages.
• Craft mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages for servers or serve patrons directly.
• Process payments for beverages and accurately record sales transactions.
• Manage inventory and oversee control of bar stock, as well as place orders for necessary supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness in the bar area and wash glassware.
• Uphold compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
• Provide training and supervision to other bartenders and bar staff as needed.

Prerequisites:

Education:                               No formal education required

Experience & Skills:                Experience an asset.

Language                                English

Hourly Rate: $16.55 to $20.00 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits:  4 % Vacation Pay
