Job Duties:
- Supervise food service staff’s activity
- Monitor the inventory and estimate and order ingredients and supplies for food preparation
- Ensure the quality of overall service and food meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Hire and train food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Experience: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
