Description

We have an opening for Baker (63202) at our “Nannaa eatery” restaurant (Nannaa Foods Inc) located at 1010 King Street West, Hamilton, ON L8S 1L54. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. We operate in a safe environment and follow all protocols to keep our team and guests safe. These protocols include barriers, masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer just to name a few.

Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.

Job Duties:

• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
• Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Prepare special orders
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
