Job requirements:

Minimum 1 year of commercial baking experience is required.

Educational Requirements:

Completion of a college program or equivalent experience is required

Language Requirements:

English

Start date:

ASAP

Wage:

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour (Depending on experience)

Benefits:
4% vacation pay, extended medical insurance after 3 months of full-time employment, relocation cost is covered by the employer

Hours:

30 – 40 hours per week

Job Duties:

• Prepare dough for bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for cookies according to recipes or special customer orders
• Bake mixed doughs and batters
• Ensure quality of products meets established standards, and purchase baking supplies
• Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
• Help to train baking students and new employees
