Auto Detailer

Job Title: Auto Detailer (NOC: 65311)

Employer: Moesz Auto Sales

Location:  265 Welland Ave. St. Catherines ON L2R 2P7

Wage: $17 /hr for 40 hrs per week

Vacancy:  1 vacancy

Start Date: as soon as possible

Job Requirements:

Languages

• English

Education

• Secondary high school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience

• At least 1 year to less than 2 years

Duties:

• Cleaning the vehicles exteriors by washing surfaces and tires following shop cleaning procedures
• Vacuum carpets, upholstery and detailing interiors of vehicles.
• Driving customers to pick-up and drop-off courtesy cars.
• Cleaning all shop areas.
• Conditions vinyl and leather
• Steams the engine
• Waxes and buff vehicles after washing
• Managers the inventory of cleaning supplies
• Keeps records of customers and calls
• Other duties as required.

Transportation/Travel Information

·       Valid Driver’s License

Work Conditions:

·       Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail, Manual dexterity, Overtime required, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods

Equipment and Machinery Experience

·       Chemical cleaning equipment, industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers. Power tools, pressure cleaners, waxing machines, steam cleaners. Hydro blasters. Polishing machines, sandblasters, carpet cleaning machine, pressure washers.

Cleaning experience

·       Automobiles
