Position Info:

• Position: Food Services Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $26.45~$29.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  1
• Work Location: 203-4501 North Road, Burnaby, BC V3N 4R7

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Plan, organize, and evaluate the operation of a restaurant, food, and beverage service
• Determine and develop customer service, and implement operational procedures
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training
• Establish staff work schedules and manage staff performance
• Address customer’s complaints and concerns
• Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and prices
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

Job requirements:

• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Language: English
