Job Duties:
– Make analysis on technical, financial, market, and operational feasibility of building projects.
– Supervise the construction site to ensure the site follows the specifications.
– Consult with clients and identify their needs and preferences for the building project.
– Prepare sketches and models for clients.
– Determine building materials and design specifications based on the
client’s preferences discussed during the consultation.
Job Requirements:
– A bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of architecture is required.
– Completion of a three-year internship under the supervision of a registered architect is required.
– Completion of the architect registration examination is required.
– Registration with a provincial regulatory body is required in all provinces.
Working Location: Various locations in Lower Mainland, B.C.

Wage and working hours: $40.00 – $41.00 per hour and 30 – 40 hours per week.
Date of Employment: A.S.A.P (will be adjustable)
