Location:  1671 Chem. Nicholas DenysSainte-Rosette, NBE8K 3J9

Wage: 18/hr 40 hours per week

Vacancy:  1 vacancy

Job Requirements:

Languages

• English

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

• No experience required, will be trained and experience is an asset.

Duties:

·       Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs

·       Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse

·       Empty trash cans and other waste containers

·       Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings

·       Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment

·       Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants

·       Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies

·       Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens

·       Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures

·       Work with minimal supervision

·       Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas

Work Conditions:

·      Physically demanding, manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking, work under pressure
