Job details
Location: #707-708, 19055 Airport Way, PItt Meadows, BC, V3Y 0G4
Hourly rate: $28.85 – $32.40 per hour (To be negotiated)
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time (30 – 40 hours / week)
Vacancies: 1
Start date: As soon as possible
Benefit: 4 percent of total wages for vacation pay
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job duties
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
