Lemond Consulting & Management Corp. in Port Coquitlam is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Title: Administrative Assistant
Employer: Lemond Consulting & Management Corp.
Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time)
Wage: CAD 25.00 ~ CAD 28.00 per hour, At least 30 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of vacation pay or 10 days of paid vacation, extended health, dental benefit and vision care benefit after probation
Location: #1-1560 Broadway Street, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 2M8
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school
- Completion of post-secondary education or work experience in related field an asset
Main Duties:
- Manage enquiries via internet and telephone
- Organize and prepare for meetings and appointments for senior management and executives
- Manage and order office supplies
- Create, proofread, and edit publications, reports, and other operational documents for senior management and executives
- Maintain electronic and paper information filing systems
- Establish office policies, procedures and systems
- Oversee office clerks and part-time staff
- Compiling data and information to support regular administrative and financial reports
- Assist budget management, payroll, and other activities
