Responsibilities
Tasks

1. Plan and control budget and expenditures.
2. Establish and implement policies and procedures.
3. Train, direct and motivate staff.
4. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs.
5. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
6. Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
7. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies.
8. Schedule and confirm appointments.
9. Manage contracts.
10. Manage training and development strategies.
11. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
12. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
13. Answer electronic enquiries.
14. Oversee development of communication strategies.
15. Compile data, statistics and other information.
16. Advise senior management.
17. Respond to employee questions and complaints.
18. Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
19. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
20. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations.
21. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
22. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
23. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
24. Perform data entry.
25. Provide customer service.
26. Maintain and manage digital database.
27. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
28. Conduct performance reviews.
29. Occupational health and safety.
