Salary: 35.00 to 38.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 – 40 hours per Week
Terms of employment: Term or contract; Full time

Education: Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Assess all business transactions and prepare and review financial statements, such as balance sheets and profit & loss statements for clients
- Identify clients' financial goals and objectives; Plan, set up and administer accounting systems; Analyze clients' financial records
- Ensure tax compliance and work with the tax department of an organization
- Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control; Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
- Prepare income tax returns from accounting records; File tax returns of an organization and act as an audit representative
- Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments
- Analyze financial documents and reports; Examine accounting records; Provide financial, business and tax advice;Oversee payroll administration
- Manage a client’s financial activities such as general accounting and cash flow; Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare financial information for companies; Develop financial plans for clients; Prepare reports and audit findings; Develop and maintain cost findings, reporting and internal control procedure
- Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly, examine accounting records and keep company financial information confidential
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Examine financial accounts and records and prepare income tax returns from accounting records
- Develop and maintain relationships through ongoing communication
- Staying up-to-date with the latest financial and accounting trends and software
- Analyze financial statements and reports and provide financial, business and tax advice
