Description
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $16.00 – $18.00 hour (Depending on Experience)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Benefits:

Job Duties:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Manage and order ingredients and supplies
- Maintain and ensure food service and quality control
- Check and manage records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and write reports for superiors
- Prepare food order summaries for chef
- Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules for staff
Job requirements: 1~2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Language requirements: English
Educational Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required
