Description

Specific Requirements:

· Able to supervise and co-ordinate sales staffs to achieve company sales target including car sales and services.  

· Able to maximize sales volume and profit performance of vehicle sales.

· Able to plan sales and growth targets, profit levels, staffing, advertising, expenses,and inventory levels that support business growth and development.

· Able to host daily and weekly meeting with sales staffs.

· Able to prepare supervise report in a timely manner.

· Able to determine the priority of tasks within the scope of the position.

· Able to handle any customer issues and minimize customer inconvenience and maximize the dealerships customer image.

· Familiarity with Sales activities

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

· 1 year of Sales supervise work experiences.
