Description

Duties:
 Manage, execute sales policies and procedures to ensure a steady and proper cyclical volume are handled properly.
 Prepare the sales reports monthly and performance and booking reports for each employee for online, direct, and bulk sales.
 Negotiate with hotels, cruise companies, and ticketing airlines for pricing and promotional strategies.
 Book clients’ needs and resolve customer complaints
 A pleasant, rounded, and multi-tasker who is attentive to customer needs or staff needs to conduct scheduling of flights, cruises, hotels, car rentals, to be coordinated properly.

Employment requirements
• A university degree or college diploma in hotel management or other related discipline is needed
• 2 years of experience within travel bookings is needed

Term of Position: full-time, permanent
Location: Richmond
Wage: $25/ hour, 40 hours per week, paid holiday
